Op. Dr. Deniz Özlem Topdağ
Born in Istanbul in 1981, Op. Dr. Deniz Özlem Topdağ completed her high school education at Çemberlitaş Girls’ High School and graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2006. In 2008, she began her residency in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine and continued her academic and clinical work throughout her specialization training, which she completed in 2013.
She prepared her specialty thesis titled “Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Otosclerosis Surgery on Hearing Outcomes” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mete İşeri, and participated in several scientific research projects during the same period. In one of these studies, titled “Comparison of the Effectiveness of Steroid and Etanercept Compounds in Facial Paralysis Developing After Facial Nerve Axotomy,” she served as a researcher.
Between 2014 and 2018, she worked at İzmit Seka State Hospital, and between 2018 and 2022 at Acıbadem Kocaeli and Acıbadem Altunizade Hospitals. She currently continues to provide medical care in Istanbul, offering her patients modern medical treatments and solutions. She is married and the mother of two children.

Dr. Topdağ has contributed to numerous national and international publications and presentations in the field of otolaryngology.
Her scientific studies mainly focus on otosclerosis surgery, hearing loss, facial nerve injuries, and implantable hearing solutions.
